zSuite (zsuite.wrrnstrpn.app) is a free, non-commercial set of small web apps, such as bill splitting, live polls and party games, run by the zSuite team for friends, family and small groups. This policy explains what data zSuite collects, how it is used, stored and shared, and how to have it deleted. zSHOOTS has its own privacy page for the extra data it keeps.
Signing in
Most apps work without an account. Signing in is optional and lets your data follow you between devices. You can sign in with Google, or with your email address, in which case you're emailed a one-time code or link. zSuite has no passwords of its own to store.
Google user data
When you choose "Continue with Google", you are asked to share basic profile information. zSuite requests only the standard sign-in scopes (openid, email and profile) and receives:
- your email address and whether Google has verified it,
- your name,
- your profile picture URL,
- your Google account ID, a number that identifies your Google account.
How it is used: your email address and Google account ID identify your zSuite account and sign you in. Your name and profile picture are shown only to you, in your account menu. zSuite does not access your Gmail, contacts, files, calendar or any other Google data, and does not post anything to your Google account.
How it is stored and protected: this data is kept in zSuite's account database at Supabase, over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access is restricted so each account can only read its own private data.
Sharing: Google user data is not sold, rented or shared with anyone, is not used for advertising, and is not used to train AI or machine-learning models. It is only processed by the service providers listed under "Where it lives" to run zSuite. zSuite's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Retention and deletion: this data is kept while your account exists. You can disconnect zSuite from your Google account at any time in your Google Account settings, and you can ask for your zSuite account to be deleted (see below).
Email sign-in
Your email address is used to send you the code or link, and to identify your account. Signing in with Google and with the same email address leads to the same account.
What the apps store
- Account records: your email address, name and profile picture as described above, and a sign-in session kept in your browser so you stay signed in.
- Profile photo: if you upload one, it is resized and stored at a link that isn't listed anywhere but can be opened by anyone who has it.
- Whatever you put into an app, such as bill splits, polls, notes, game progress, wish lists or comments, in a database, tied to your account or to a group you joined.
- Group passwords are stored only as salted hashes, never in readable form.
- Settings and saves on your own device, such as theme and game saves, in your browser's local storage.
- IP addresses, briefly, to limit password guessing and abuse. These records are deleted automatically.
There are no ads, no analytics and no tracking cookies.
Where it lives
Account and app data are stored with Supabase. Sign-in emails are sent through an email delivery provider, and Google handles the Google sign-in step. Nothing is passed to anyone else.
Removing your data
You can sign out at any time from the account menu, and remove an uploaded profile photo there too. To have your account and all data tied to it deleted, email zsuite@wrrnstrpn.app from the address you signed in with. It will be deleted within 30 days, and you'll get a reply once it's done.
Children
zSuite is not directed at children under 13, and does not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page is updated. Significant changes about Google user data will be explained here before they take effect.
